Buffalo Chophouse

Started the night off with a whiskey sour, which was perfectly balanced. We ordered some of their calamari and it was absolutely delicious.For dinner, I ordered the roasted chicken since I'm really not a steak-eater. It was pretty good, but my only complaint is that it was incredibly salty. Over-the-top salty, if I'm being honest. We ordered a side of the green beans they were serving as the special for the night, and they were to die for!

Best steak I every had. Our server Brian was great! Very nice and helpful. Manager personally came and wished me a happy birthday and have us coupons for 2 more visits. Will definitely be going back. Loved the atmosphere Great Place Amazing Buffalo

This place was in a single word phenomenal. This decor is upscale and beautiful. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and very attentive to our needs. All the staff was courteous.. Now the food. The Delmonico was a big thick slice of heaven! Their own seasoning, cooked to perfection. Potatoes Au Gratin side and Calamari and Peppers appetizer were indeed excellent.

As far as prices go, it's expensive but at the same time within reason for a top of the line steak house. Yes we will go again, and yes I recommend this establishment and already have. Good location too if you're going to Shea's Theater for a show, it's right across the street.

When it comes to the best steak houses in the Buffalo area, Chophouse is always in the conversation. The decor is amazing, and the upstairs areas are even better to see and appreciate. Today (4/6/19) we came (party of 3) to enjoy the restaurant week specials. Two of my party members ordered the Boneless braised beef short ribs, and I ordered their Salmon with basil cream sauce.

We were seated early and greeted with smiles from the hostess and every member of the waitstaff that passed us by. Our server, Janos, was incredible. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy sharing in our day with us. That kind of service cannot be faked!
