Dunkin'

Service was a little slow. My order was correct.

Dunkin Donuts is the dark horse of the Buffalo coffee fast food joints. They are a rarity while there is a Tim Horton's on basically every street corner in WNY. I like Dunkin better because they have a better menu and are the underdog.

I hardly ever write reviews - so I only will when my experience is exceptionally great or gone terribly wrong. I passed through the drive thru this morning at 7am. I was greeted immediately. I ordered a single breakfast sandwich to which the lady made me aware that they were 2 for $5 if I wanted another. Great. Most times, drive thru employees won’t bother informing customers if there is a value option. When I got to the window, both the gentlemen who cashed me out and the woman who gave me my food smiled, said good morning, and wished me a good day. It may seem simple but I’ve never had that positive of an experience at a drive thru! That’s all it took to start my day off well. Thank you. Keep doing a great job. A smile goes a long way.

Coffee and donuts and coffee and bagels and coffee and Danish and coffee and coffee and.
.......You get the idea everyone has their own favorite place I am just not that discriminating when it comes to coffee. You can't make it as good as at home but nonetheless it's easy and usually fast. Not that many go out of business so who am I to judge.
