Moe's Southwest Grill

We'll Google, I keep telling you over and over and over and over, I did not go to Moe's Southwest Grill, but since you insist, it was amazing! I had the best, whatever the hell, in the world!

Normally five stars for Moe's rated as a fast food restaurant. This time though food was decent.But somethings were in short supply ( out of the ordinary). Also the soda machine is lacking a lot of the supposed choices. Either just display what you have keep it well stocked ( this one feature ( soda machine)) would have kept it to four stars instead of five. The other star lost was due to the lack of cleanliness. Here's hoping it was an anomaly I am thinking it is.

Moe's food is awesome. Table cleanliness and empty salsa bar were the only draw backs.

This Moe’s has gone pretty far downhill. It used to have great customer service and consistent food, but the past few times I’ve gone have been disappointing. The staff seems more interested in socializing than serving the customer.

The past two times I’ve gone, the food has been stone cold due to the person working the register taking multiple minutes to ring up each order while the orders stack up in front of them getting cold. The most recent time, the same person was also loading the bags with about 8 room temperature chips.

This place can definitely be good again, but management needs to step it up.

I've got no complaints. It's Moe's and it's in Orchard Park. If you like Moe's and you like OP, you'll probably like this one too. The Moe's brand is pretty consistent. The food was fresh. The restaurant was clean. The service was pleasant.
