The menu changes weekly so you always have a great variety. We haven't had any breakfasts but the lunch/dinners are delicious. It helps that they are portion controlled too. They are fresh made and flash frozen so they last a long time in the freezer! Great, helpful and friendly staff too.”

“Highly recommended! The best sub shop in the WNY area! You get a huge, tasty, fresh, delicious sub for a very reasonable price. The Turkey Club sub is amazing! Could be the best sub I ever had. I've visited here many, many times and have always been treated respectfully and was given great service! A note: This is a one-man operation and sometimes very busy. The proprietor prefers you to phone in your order ahead of time if possible, when you get a take out order. Also, try to know what you want BEFORE you order! He's almost always busy and its hard for him to take orders on the phone or in person when you don't know what you want! Duh! Bring your appetite, as the subs and big and LOADED with meat!”

“One of the best food takeout experiences I've ever had in my life! I had to take my wife to Kenmore Mercy hospital late last night, Wednesday, 8/28-29/19. Everything was a whirlwind for me last night with her being so ill, and I never had a chance to eat dinner. At 2:30am in the morning I was ravenous! All that was open in that area at that time was Jim's Steakout on Delaware avenue between Sheridan drive in the 290. How the staff could be so friendly and so helpful at that time of the morning, was & still is beyond me! The assorted sub they made for me was absolutely delicious and of the highest quality! These were a very friendly group of people with lots of friendly smiles that were naturally genuine, especially the young woman who took my order, wish my wife and myself well. It was so terrific to find that the only place open was also a place with such genuinely friendly people, & the highest quality of food at 2:30am in the morning!!! To be treated so wonderfully at that time of the morning when my wife was in the hospital with my being so distraught was absolutely wonderful! Thankfully my wife turned out to be fine. My warmest thank you to the staff of Jim's Steakout on Delaware ave. at 2:30am in the morning for such wonderful food & service! Thank you for such high quality food and for helping me to smile while I was under such duress.????”

“Okay, for whatever reason, nearly all of the Chinese take out shops in my Neighborhood are closed on Tuesday's so I took to turned to the net and found Tin Tin open. A cash only shop, it looks just like any other you might frequent but I have to say I was surprised at how good the food was. I have gone twice since, same result. I recommended them highly!”

“Food was really good (breakfast so) and the service was great. Definitely need to go back for a proper meal and some of their entertainment offerings .. live music on their patio. Blues and more!!! UPDATE: Went back for Saturday outdoor music. We got a couple of buckets (drinks). Enjoyed the tunes, the sunny evening, and the company. Stayed for dinner, and like breakfast, was tasty. Again friendly and accommodating service.”
