The Ridge West Seneca

We arrived on a busy Friday night right after a snow storm. We were told there was a 45 minute wait which is typical on a busy night. We only waited 30 minutes. We went to the bar for a drink, it is a smaller, tight area. When we were seated, service was fantastic, and food was way above expectations! We can’t wait to go back and try the Tap Room! I love that The Ridge is in West Seneca! We definitely need more places like this!

What a fantastic place to hangout and enjoy good food with friends! For starters, all of the staff are wonderful and want to make sure you have a great dining experience. The drink list, for now, is a smattering of beers from around the area but they should have their own coming soon! (Looking forward to trying them). We got the Mac Fritters as an appetizer and they were outstanding, large Mac and cheese balls with chips and white cheddar on the side! We also got the Pulled Pork Sandwich and the Lonestar Burger both of which were perfect. The side sauces for fries are delicious and worth trying different ones!

The tap room is one of the coolest hang out places to grab a drink I can think of! It’s self server so you go to the counter, get a beer card, and then you place that beer card on the tap you want to drink and you can pour your own beer, pint or flight! They charge by the ounce so you can pour as much as you want or as little as you want!

This has quickly become one of my must gos in the area and highly recommend everyone try it!

Food was delicious, especially for opening night and as busy as they were. Garlic Parm wings were so damn good. Meals were about 15-35$ depending on what you get. Atmosphere was nice but a little loud. Im not sure if was just people trying talk over the music or what. Glad to have a nicer place come to West Seneca.

Went to their soft opening this evening and was very impressed. The menu had a nice variety. The self-pour taproom was spacious and had a nice selection. Thank you Pat, Dave, Randy and Mark for providing West Seneca with a destination restaurant and brewery. My family will certainly be back.

I went to their soft opening and I cannot wait to come back! Their self serve beer wall is the coolest thing I have ever seen! The food was amazing as well. I can't wait to try their in-house brews!
