Schroon Sandwich Shop

Gotta love the dockside delivery. We ordered our subs from the lake and the staff delivers it right to you. You can’t go wrong with Boars head meat and they nailed the bread-meat ratio perfectly. Great little sandwich shop. 100% recommend!

Got some subs today. They were absolutely delicious! The rolls were great, generous portions of meat and cheese. The two young ladies who working were very polite and friendly, shop is quaint and cute. Also got some fun sodas to drink we haven’t seen in a long time. Will be returning for sure.

We live right next door to this place and have been saying we would order for a while now and finally did today and we are more than happy with what we got. The subs were delicious and generously sized. I got the root 9 and was so excited that they had a good vegetarian option. It was so delicious!! Will definitely be returning here might be my and my man’s new date day lunch place, thank you!

We ordered three sandwiches for lunch. The wait was very long despite there not being a ton of customers in the shop. The boys working there were all very nice, just a little slow. None of our sandwiches were cut in half which made it a little difficult to eat. The Root Nine sandwich was just okay. I might suggest roasted red peppers instead of raw ones. They were just strips of raw peppers that fall out out when you eat it. My husband got the Reel Deal sandwich and there were very few banana peppers in it. All in all, just okay. We would love to see this place succeed because we think it's a great addition to our community! Please take this as constructive feedback!

Best sandwiches we have had in a long time! Great service. Only opened 3 weeks ago. These are perfect sandwiches and the shop is right near the lake. Perfect for a lake day! We all love them. It is the cleanest place too. Definitely coming back on our weekend trips. You don’t get sandwiches like this everyday.
