“The service here was pretty good and all, the only reason I am reading 3 stars is bc I stop here specifically for their coffee, and the location of the coffee area could really stand to be improved. Its right on a 3 point corner as soon as you enter the store, and its a VERY busy corner where the way to the restroom is, there's also some dining tables on this corner, and the main entrance is on this corner as well. It seems as though a lot of customers get caught up here waiting to pour their cup, etc. While trying to stay out of others way who are coming/going from the store and heading to/from the bathroom, etc.. It may sound like a silly "beef" to have, but IMO... Its just very awkward in terms of set up for those of us just wanting a quick cup of ☕. Suggestion would be to simply move the java station down closer to where the microwave area is, that way you would free up a lot of congestion at the entrance area. ☺”

“No need to go anywhere else! Not sure all how everything fits in the store, but it does! The Trading Post has everything you need! Most every morning we ride our bikes around the campground, then head to the store for the paper, coffee and a pastry. About 4, we decide what we want for dinner and head to the store! You will not find a better selection of fresh meats, pastries made fresh daily (get there early), made to order wraps and pizza, complete deli with fresh cut meats and salads made on the premises! And the freshly smoked ribs and pork shoulders are beyond excellent - make sure you look at the "sides list" and order early in the day. You will also find all things related to camping including fishing poles and worms, tent stakes, bug repellent, wood, etc. Plus a great selection of souvenirs-hats, tee shirts, pine scented pillows, ect. A great beer selection too! All this in addition to regular grocery items and supplies! I look forward to visiting our camp for many reasons, but one of the top ones is to say hello to our friends (Phil, Joe, Cliff, Gabby and Kyler) and all the friendly people who work there! “It was an awesome family owned place. The place is small but the food is not. Since there's only one cook the wait time is little bit long. We had potato plate and scrambled mess. The food tasted awesome. The seating is maximum for 26. Since there's only two to work, expect a waiting. You can have a decent conversation until then. Mostly it's the locals who comes there. There are many awards for the place hanging on the wall too.”

“The food was very good. I had a spicy beef dish and my wife had the egg drop soup. Everything was very fresh and what I REALLY Liked was the fact they did not kill the food with salt (like at most Chinese restaurants). The woman (who I assume was the owner) who took our order and served us was a culturally complex experience in herself. As a psychologist I am used to dealing with tricky personalities so it was kind of fun and interesting and different to be treated so, and I put this nicely, indifferently. All said though, I would rather get a really tasty meal from a difficult personality, than a really bad meal from a pleasant personality. Life is all about choices and trade-offs and so on and so on……”
