My family and I stopped by this past weekend on a trip back from Howe’s Cavern and were very pleasantly surprised by the Shamrock House. The decor itself is really dated but the food, again, was truly awesome. I wish I lived closer as I’d definitely return.”

“Serves American, Italian, Mexican. Each type tastes delicious and is done perfectly. The pizza dough is made fresh each time. The Mexican tastes great. The Italian tastes great. And the American tastes great. Admittedly it's the most American Mexican I've ever had, but still good. The staff was also very friendly. A great place to go with your family which has a large variety of food.”

“Dinner or drinks at the Captain's never disappoints. We have brought family and friends and often we just go as a couple. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is consistently good, and the specials are really special. We enjoy the view anytime of year. In the colder months it is nice to sit by the wood burning fireplace before or after a meal. A drink or two at the bar is something we look forward to. The Captain has a lot of great stories to tell and we never get tired of learning more about his adventures.”
