    I love pretzels. They were good and tasted fresh. A bit pricy, but it is in the mall.

    The food is good but management and most employees are not the people I would want working for me. They act like little kids and it's like middle school with special treatment for some while others get fired due to things that aren't even verified for complaints. There should never be less than two employees on duty at any business time. The owner should look into doing a complete house cleaning to make sure he can get the best employees to improve his bottom dollar.

    Fresh soft pretzels, but service was slow and not very friendly.

    The sugar cinnamon pretzel was really good. It was soft, flavour, smelled amazing, and made fresh infront of you.

    The service wasn't the best. 3 employees and only 1 person ahead of us but it took 10 min to get our order in.

    The product is good, they just need a little more speed, and a smile goes a long way.
