I LOVE the Dunkin on Washington Street. No matter how busy they are they still make you feel special when it's your turn.

Came to dunkin twice since I moved here. first time Josh and Kyle in drive thru was very pleasant and actually cared about my day my drink was accidentally made wrong but was fix with no questions asked and was nice about it. Second time was today. I came around 430 and how busy they get they still are very good: Shane Was a little nervous and quiet while taking orders. She also made my drink and it was on point even tho she didn’t think she did a good job. While I sat in the lobby finishing my meal I notice there only always 3 in at night and they seem very stress out due to maybe kids messing up the lobby or just being 3 during a busy day idk but I give them props cause I could never be able to do it under staff and no time to just breathe.

Associate's are typically very friendly and happy to get your order right in. Wait times can bee a bit much even when they are not super busy, that's the only issue I have.
