Food and service was excellent. I had surf and turf. My steak was cooked perfectly. I also had the mussels in wine sauce and it was very delicious.
First time at this location but definitely making our way back to Red Lobster. The hostess (think her name was Kendra) was so pleasant, she provided seating updates quite often & was very attentive. Our waitress Kerri was absolutely amazing ! The service she provided was perfect, couldn't ask for anyone better. From taking our orders to serving our drinks/food she was beyond wonderful & so pleasant !!!
Always a great time when i come here. We had the lobster rolls which were amazing. I had the lobster bisque soup and man it was to die for. My biscuits were fresh from the oven were definitely use to dunk in the soup. Man i want some more right now.
There was a smell in sections of the restaurant. We had to move. We almost left because we were thinking "how clean is this place?" I had the snow crab legs. They still don't think having old Bay available for seasoningvis a good idea. Millions of restaurants and customers disagree. Butter is not enough for crab legs. Service was slow. City Island will definitely be on the schedule before Red Lobster. There's more variety and seasoned food.
My experience was good for the most part. I was seated very quickly. The server was friendly and attentive. My wild rice was overcooked. Other than that my overall experience was satisfying. I would go there again.
