Simple Cantonese breakfast. Breakfast deals end at 11a which is great when you wake up late. Hot coffee is good. They need to work on the milk tea. Iced coffee is a little weird because it tastes like chocolate....

The staff here are very friendly. It is a nice clean environment. Plus you can buy lotto tickets if you want.

First time ordering breakfast here, staff is very friendly. Food has improvable area but it is as good as it is, the HK style Tea is outstanding. (The staff specify that she is not using half and half to make the tea, which I found funny but appreciate. Looking forward to try any new food. In addition, their spam and egg sandwich taste is good, if they can just lightly toast the bread, that will be prefect

Super friendly staff! I often come here on weekend mornings to sit and eat breakfast with my family. The lady up front is often very nice to us, and is not pushing you to order hastily or the "hurry up, eat, pay, and leave" type of mentality. There's a small TV here, and AC in the summer to keep it cool indoors. You'll catch people coming in, and you'll realize that they already know what they're ordering because they're so frequent!

I often order the Portuguese chicken rice, or any of their breakfast combo. It's beginning to get a little overpriced now (as I've noticed); I'm hoping that they don't reach the same level as New Forest Cafe several blocks down, or else I'll have no choices to eat around here anymore.

Practically a Chinese restaurant/take out spot, but they have baked goods and coffee. Decent sized lobby, friendly service, quick turnaround. Their buns are gooooood and they also sell lottery here.
