    Service was very slow. I can understand being customer friendly, but not when there's a long line....

    Wait time was a bit long, but overall very courteous staff. Cashier kept apologizing and most of all did not loose her cool.

    Typical fast food joint that appears to be clean and well-kept. They have kiosks where you can expedite the ordering process when it's busy. Customer service is mixed, despite the level of business, but it's typical of what you might expect in NY.
