Applebee's Grill + Bar

Our group of 6 must’ve came on a bad night because of how horrible our service was.

We waited 10 minutes to be seated which was no big deal. Minutes later, the waiter took our drink and food orders and disappeared. Our appetizers came out shortly but our drinks were still unaccounted for. We proceeded to wait over 45 minutes to be served our drinks. We had to ask 3 different staff members before the manager finally came out with 3 waters, 2 cokes, and a pink lemonade. The wait was horrible especially since the appetizers had us dry mouthed. Finally some service! Our group was then served dinner but one of our parties meals were missing. He ordered a dessert to be brought out with the rest of our food but the waiter who disappeared must’ve misheard him. After everyone was done eating, we were stuck waiting another 30 minutes for the dessert to be brought to the table and finally served to our starving friend. All in all, we were there for a total of three plus hours for dinner that should’ve taken less than an hour.

The manager was very accommodating and gave us one if the meals as well as a dessert for free. On top of that, he threw 10% off the entire bill. He single handedly saved this from being a 1 star review. Thank you again!

Not what I expect from Applebee’s but hey everyone has their bad days!

It was my first time at Applebee's Gateway Mall in Brooklyn.The food was some GOOD. MAYBE we going back. But it was a small issue I want Pizza but the Pizza for kids. I don't eating Bacon and Beef and seafood.☕????????️ ???? ???????????????? . My mom she was Happy because it was her Birthday she was turning 65.

Steak and Shrimp for 20 bucks? Yes please! This was our first time here and the food was great! We're did the build your own combo thingy and it was a nice way to get great food while saving some money. Service was very good as well. Solid restaurant????????????????????????
