The bartender was kind and explained the terms and liquors on the drink menu that I was unfamiliar with. I ordered poutine which wasn't amazing. While it's nice they have vegetarian gravy available, the fries were soggy, not crispy.
My recommendation: Fried pickles. They were the best fried pickles I've ever had. Thin, light, crispy, as they should be!
Poutine was good, but sadly they don't offer brunch anymore. Short-lived but tasty. Definitely get a hotdog on everything.
My favorite Canadian bar!!! All the bartender s are super nice and helpful. Mary is a sweetheart, definitely worth spending money there. Is a bit pricey compare to the other bars around the area but if you looking for something clean and peaceful this is your spot, oh I forgot to mention the food and drinks are amazing!!! If you are in Bushwick you have to check this place.
Upscale, vaguely Canadian themed bar with surprisingly solid classic poutine. The Montreal dog was a bit too fancy to pass as authentic but was pleasantly surprised by those gravy fries.
I really appreciate the concept of this bar. A few classic Canadian dishes and a lot more Canadian beers. The service here is hit or miss. There's no table service, so I'd sit at the bar to get any food you order on time
