Best fresh Mozzarella in Brooklyn, when ever I am headed to a big family meal I always stop into to pick up a fresh ball of Mozzarella to take with me. This isn't fast food, so be patient. This family run gem is what Brooklyn is about. Experience the real Brooklyn, No hipsters here. If you are hungry one of Charlie's sandwich's will fill you to capacity. Plan for a nap or a double shot of espresso when you are done. If your not hungry considering splitting a sandwich with some one. My favorite is the Shrimp Parm or a Hero with Soprasatta and Mozzarella.
