Kogane

Definitely one of the better ramen places in Brooklyn. The wait for this place can get long so make sure you get there early or on off peak hours. The broth for all the ramens were very rich and steaming hot when they came out of the kitchen, perfect in my opinion. Will come back again to try some other dishes.

Great service. The staff is very friendly and kept out water glasses full throughout our stay. The ramen bowls are large and full of plenty of toppings, but I would say that it is a bit on the saltier side. The space is pretty small, but in the warmer seasons there is outdoor seating. Although I haven’t eaten outside, I would say that they could certainly use some outdoor lighting. So far, I’ve only tried the Gyoza, but it was a very tasty and filling appetizer. One last thing is that they do have a B rating, but I have not had issues with that.

Great ramen near dumbo area. Will make you warm up esp. on a cold day!

I love my wonderful experience here. I had the spicy ramen and the egg rolls, so delighted I've chosen this style. The broth was delicious and rich in flavor. But also find out that the portion size was a bit smaller. It was my first time here and wasn't disappointed. Definitely going back.

The service was great and the food was delicious! The prices were fair and the portions were enough to make me full. There's also a good selection of drinks and appetizers as well.
