For months I’ve been trying to get to the Pickel Shack! Today, I finally arrived and man, oh woman alive! The vegan burger was amazing! The pickles onions divine! I can’t wait to return next Monday. I’m going to keep going until I’ve tried everything on the menu. Amazing food and the friendliest people! Thank you for making this vegan happy!

Absurdly delicious and creative vegan fare. Seriously, can't stop thinking about the salad (yes salad) I got weeks ago. Definitely worth the trip out to BK on a weekday when they're open.

Not one to write reviews but as a newly converted vegetarian I was excited to give this place a try! It did not disappoint. The Bahn Mi sandwich was not at all dainty and proved quite filling. Prepared fresh with obvious care for craft. Chocolate chip cookie was delicious as well. Not really sure why people are still eating meat and dairy when you can get food like this. Will certainly visit again. Thanks!

The avocado salad was incredible; the tofu was a great texture and flavor. Quick and good service, esp because I showed up 20 mins before closing.
