Hendrix House - Bedstuy

It's my 4th time here, and it was for a bottomless brunch. Our waitress was not the greatest on making sure we enjoyed the bottomless part. My cousin complained to the manager about it, nothing really got done about it we wasn't comped anything. There was no live DJ for most of the time we were there he was very late. Oh, and the waffles and chicken were ok, as well as the salt fish and bake sliders was very oily. Cheyenne, the hookah young lady, always does a great job. We had more fun on wing Wednesdays.

Place was def a vibe. Live Dj and sing along crowd made it even better. Food was top tier. Meat was falling off the bone & the seasoning was on point. Drinks will sneak up on you. $45 for hookah. I went in the evening. Not sure if there’s a different price during earlier times. Also not sure if they have happy hours but i would recommend trying out this place. Parking isn’t easy since it’s on Nostrand & Atlantic basically. so keep that in mind. You can make reservations or walk in.

Place is decorated nice. Space is a bit narrow so it will seem crowded quick. Portions are small but tasty. Wings were nicely done. The food in general was good. The mac and cheese is really cheesy so for anyone that’s not big on cheese, this may not be for you. The broccoli was roasted which gave it a nice touch. Sides do come separate on all orders so be mindful of that. The drinks are good, sneaks up on you. Our server, Makeda, did a great job and was attentive.

The service was amazing!!! Quick and easy, just how i like it. Jay was our server and she was so great - she really assisted with menu choices and our drinks. Also really loved the aesthetic of the restaurant!

My girls and I decided to try this spot out for happy hour. The food is delicious and the drinks are tasty and strong. The customer service was great. Our waitress Deisha made sure we was in need of nothing. The service was pretty fast drinks and food came out quick. Plus they have hookah which is always a plus. I would definitely recommend trying out this Black Business
