Nostrand Ave Pizza

Delicious pizza. Clean establishment. Courteous service. Basic right? But not every place can have all three. Found this place on yelp based on reviews and am glad I tried it for myself. Had the pepperoni pizza, sausage pizza and a grandma slice and all was well seasoned but not salty nor oily.

My favorite gourmet pizza in Brooklyn. I love the sauce, cheese, and crust. I also like their hot wings. Delicious 🔥

Surprisingly, found the pasta (penne alla vodka) the fave part of meal. Disappointed that the small 12” margherita pizza was very thin and sort of soggy, also bland. Came with a bunch of cold slices put together. Was not really a pizza on its own? Buttered bread was soft and fresh.

This is def a brunch spot! The menu is short and easy, they have different specials throughout the week. The music and drinks are so fun, it's a great spot to just catch up with friends. It wasn't too hard to find parking either since there are a lot of residential in the area. When we walked in, we had to put down our names, address, phone number, and email. Before seating us, we had to get our temperature checked too. It was really anti COVID friendly, I haven't really been going out, so that was my first time seeing something like that. I appreciate them for doing that. Everyone looked happy to be there, especially when their drinks came! Their drinks are so colorful and photogenic, we couldn't resist and had to order one too. We tried their Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich and chicken tacos. For only $14 each I couldn't be happier. The workers were super nice and efficient. The server/host gave us great recommendations, everything was perfect. Thank you for an amazing time!

Found this new hidden gem the other day after leaving my friends place. On a whim, figured I'd give it a try as the decor had caught my attention. I'm glad I made the right decision.

Friendly staff who being your orders directly to your table. The pizza was on the lighter side [as in thinner crust], very tasty and fulfilling. I had two regular slices but could taste the care and effort put into their creation. I will definitely be back to sample the rest of their menu which seems to be on the extensive side. And they deliver, bonus!
