The Hive

We came to this restaurant for dinner. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. we were warmly welcomed by the staff members and we had an excellent feeling. The meal was yummy. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. We recommend this place to all.

The place was packed for brunch but for a good reason! Their hive burger was amazing and can only be described if you go there.

While the place was busy, I'm glad that our waitress was still somehow attentive and on point.

Bathroom was clean but for those who runaway from the sight of bees, bee-ware because the wallpaper is lined with detailed somewhat-lifelike drawings of them. Still, not something I'd knock against them for.

So why is this place missing a star? Well I'll give them points for trying to be creative but the raspberry mimosa had just a bunch of raspberry puree at the bottom and it didn't really mix into the drink...

First, let me preface this by saying, that I very rarely write reviews, but felt it absolutely necessary to write one on The Hive. What an absolute gem of a restaurant. We just moved into the neighborhood and have been dying to dine here.

We dropped in for dinner a couple weeks ago. Walking into the restaurant our cold noses were greeted with the intoxicatingly wondrous smell of homemade apple cider!

The atmosphere is lovely -- warm romantic lighting, plenty of seating, funky art, and incredibly kind staff.

We sat at the bar and shared a bottle of wine, app, entrees, & dessert. What can I say? The menu is out of this world and we had to try it all! Incredibly flavorful dishes + perfect portion sizes.

Our experience was so amazing, we ended up coming back 4 more times that week to show our friends. Our fourth time, an extremely kind gentleman who works there regularly - so sorry to say I cannot recall his name - overheard us talking about our love for The Hive, and gave to us our appetizer free of charge!

We love The Hive and can't wait to show everyone we know our new favorite spot!

Got reservations on a Sunday morning for brunch! It’s a cute brunch spot that has a really cool atmosphere and interior with bees everywhere as decor haha they have a nice bar with bar seating as well. The pancakes were really delicious and they offer some good brunch drinks including mimosas and Bloody Marys. The service was pretty fast to take our orders and bring the food out.

Cute and cozy place for a small dinner party or just meeting up with friends!! I highly recommend the house-made honey ricotta and the pork schnitzel!! Its amazing!!!
