“I drive for Lyft in PA and happen to drop off a rider in New York. I was having a medical issue and went into Starbucks. I was greeted by a lovely lady named Ebonay and she took such good care of me. She didn't even charge me for a coffee. I hope she gets a raise because she was awesome.”

“Food was great. We came as a group of 15 and they were happy to accommodate us. Service was a bit slow at times (took about 30 minutes to get the check after asking) but there's a lot going on and on a Friday night they were very busy, as expected in this area. We ended up here for about 4 hours when I feel like we only needed maybe 2.5 hours. Overall, a really enjoyable experience. The flamenco dancer(s) and employees made eating here feel like we were extended family. I'd go back for sure.”

“Came for Sunday brunch. Food is delicious and freshly prepared. Atmosphere is inviting and staff is friendly. There is a selection of adult and kids books in the back. The cafe is clean and the staff wipe down the ketchup and hot sauce bottles between use. Ordered some pastries to go. Hope to be back soon!”

“This place is Amazing and breathtaking. Because it makes you feel like you’re actually in your hometown over 6000 miles away from New York City. And good news is now anyone can taste the real good Plov in Brooklyn! First of all I’d like to tell a little about the Plov this place serves. 2 types and both are made in front of you. Tashkent style Plov (all ingredients are mixed with each other) Samarkand Plov (rice is first layer, meat and carrot on top) Both of those are great. They made freshly every day. And by evening they are sold out. The place also makes you salad freshly only after you order it. (Most other restaurants have everything premade usually) This restaurant used to have only “to-go” option but now it’s also available for “dine-in”. They are remodeling the place at the moment but even now it was awesome experience!”

“Wonderfully Gay coffee shop. Elicia, the owner, is a shining goddess that’s guaranteed to brighten your day. I tired a decaf latte and was greatly impressed with the bold, fruity flavor of the coffee. She gets it’s all from Boulder, Colorado and it’s delicious. 10/10 bathroom featuring a magnetic wall filled with Polaroid pics and word magnets. Also great smelling soap, don’t miss out on it! And the plants! AMAZING!!! You know Elicia’s a good person bc she’s an amazing plant mama”

“WOW. Very unassuming from the outside but it’s a chic party inside. Simple menu but explosive flavors. Best Al Pastor tacos I’ve had on the east coast! The flan is divine. Drinks are well made. Service was attentive. Great ambience to have some quick bites and awesome cocktails to start your night!”

“It’s freezing in here. Please take into consideration customers open the door every 10 seconds, pump up the heater a little bit. 🤦🏻♀️ Everything else is fine. The guys are very nice, and even though the place is small, I always find a place to sit and relax.”

“These guys are awesome and the food is too. I’ve never had the instinct that I want to support a local business more. These guys were amazing before the pandemic and really made life easier after lockdown. If these folks want to make something really big, I have a good feeling they could.”

“We went here during our vacation in 3 days 3 times for breakfast because it was super good. Fresh and delicious bagels (build-your-own), amazing pastries (they even were still warm in the early morning) and good coffee. All for a reasonable price, we spent ~10$ per person and all were more then full :) No toilets, no WiFi. They even have fresh Sushi and Pizza in the store which looked very good.”

“One would expect that a Starbucks in busy Brooklyn to be great. I found the average Starbucks in Bangalore, Shanghai and other places outside the US to be 1000% better than their US operations.”

“I always love coming here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is good for the price and there's some outdoor seating. I much prefer it to their sister restaurant Brooklyn whiskers on Broadway, where I find the service much slower. I recommend the banana french toast or the pancakes 💕”

“One of the better smelling places I've ever been. This super hippie boho burner cafe has herbal and botanical drinks, lattes, snacks, and even ice cream, using more unique flavors and herbs. There is a lovely outdoor garden space and nice people and staff. You can have a taste of any drink before you buy it. I spent a few hours and after eating and drinking, I felt better than I have in a long while. Classes and such do take place here as well. Excellent chill vibe, despite being a little of the way.”
