“Haven’t been to NYC in 4 years & this was the best way to start the holiday trip. The food was honestly the best Haitian food I’ve had. I ordered the curry goat with rice and beans, and my friend ordered the salmon with seafood fried rice. Both were super big portions with a lottttt of flavor. The goat didn’t have any bones which was a huge plus for me. The plantains (green) were fried to perfection. As far as drinks… IMO, they tasted a little too much like medicine-type flavor and were strong as hell (not necessarily a bad thing of course), so I would try to switch it up and use more natural ingredients? Idk lol just a suggestion! Service was great as well, from start to finish. I feel like this is the perfect hidden gem 🤩All in all, overall, I’d rate the place an 8.5/10 only bc the drinks weren’t my favorite. Everything else was truly chefs kiss. “The restaurant is really amazing. They offer a limited TexMex Menu that makes it miss home. We had the guacamole and chips for appetizers. For our Entrees Enchiladas, Shrimp and Octopus Cocktail and Caldo de Res. I recommend everything on the menu. They also, offer traditional Mexican Dishes.”

“I've ordered here 2-3 times from uber eats. I got the pina coloda, salmon, garlic parm chicken tenders, loaded mashed potatoes, yams, and the mac n' cheese balls. The reviews saying that the mac & cheese is bland are correct. The sauce saved the balls, but I wouldn't get it again. The mashed potatoes and yams are standard and good. I liked both the salmon and the tenders but I prefer the salmon. The pina coloda was also good, but I threw it in the freezer for an hour as it doesn't come frozen. The packaging is pretty nice”

“Chopsticks is one of the few Chinese restaurants that can provide good food. I've know about this second location for some time now. The first is in Ozone Park, Queens. I enjoy chopsticks because of the quality of the food. It's winter and I plan to eat my fill. I'm glad there a store close by.”
