In my opinion so far the best bagel place in Rochester, their bagels actually remind me of the ones I could get in Queens. The issue I have with other bagel places in the area is their bagels are too bread-y and yielding, most places lack the chew I want from a freshly made bagel.
The bagels at Bagel Land have always been pretty on point from appearances to the bite of the exterior and the chew of the interior of the bagel. You can thoroughly enjoy their bagels without any toasting and a nice spread of cream cheese. I've eaten them on their own when I'm lazy.
You can’t beat locally owned bagel shops. Bagel Land serves a fun and delicious variety of bagels and cream cheeses. The team is friendly and the location is convenient. If you like bagels and local businesses, give Bagel Land a try.
They have a good variety of bagels, cream cheese, coffee and other drinks as well. Bagel sandwich was great! Quick service. Staff is efficient and friendly. Went around the lunch time and it was pretty crowded.
This is a grab and go place. There’s no indoor dining.
The actual bagels at bagel land are the best in the area and probably better than a lot of NYC bagels I've had. The service is also really quick and the cream cheese is great. My one complaint is the amount of toppings - they don't have any vegan cream cheese, no smoked salmon, no veggies, no sandwich toppings. So if you're looking for a great bagel and cream cheese this is definitely your place!
If you're in Rochester and you want a bagel, skip Bruegger's and go here (sorry Bruegger's) because these are some of the best and most affordable bagels you'll get outside of NYC (I'd imagine, I've only visited a few times). There's a few benches outside, but this is not a dine in restaurant so be prepared to carry out.
