Shadow Lake Grill and Tap Room

We are so happy we chose Shadow Lake for our wedding venue!!! Ryan Carbone & staff were so responsive, patient, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. We chose to do our reception in the Clubhouse, which included the main floor, including the bar and deck area - it was the perfect layout for guests to mingle. We got so many compliments on the venue, food, and drinks (seriously - go there for dinner and see for yourself!) They had ~12 beers on tap and we did 3 specialty drinks that were delicious/unique. The venue is absolutely stunning and the view is amazing. I would choose Shadow Lake again in a heartbeat - they are well oiled machine in a great location. Thank you Ryan & the Shadow Lake team!!!

I haven't been to Shadow Lake since their big kitchen fire, but I'm putting it back into my rotation. We had a pretty view of the pond from our table.
The food was terrific; we tried the Octoberfest menu. Our server, Dana, was fantastic even while also taking care of a large banquet group. I would recommend it and I'm going back!

Shadow lake is a very nice course, it's well kept and the fairways and greens are always very nice. If I had a criticism it would be while the front nine is very interesting and requires a number of different types of shots, the back nine sort of gets a little boring with a lot of holes that look very similar. Overall, for the dollar, it's one of the better courses in Rochester.

This is definitely fine dining. Since the fire Shadow Lake has definitely upped their game. Gone for dinner, outstanding. Went for cocktails and appetizers... again. Quality, presentation, imagination and flavors have been beyond expectation. And prices, especially cocktails, are very reasonable. Highly recommended ????

We had a great time at Shadow Lake. We just came back from a wedding and we were very impressed. The whole place was recently renovated and looks great. The "lake" behind the clubhouse, while small, is beautiful with it's fountain right in the middle. The surround woods with all the greenery make it seem like you are in the middle of nowhere instead in the middle of a city. Fantastic service and staff. Thanks for a great time!
