    The service is great, however, the prices, portion sizes, and qualities are not. It is clear that the portion sizes are maybe 2/3 of that of competitors yet the cost is 15-25% more. The level of quality doesn't justify the differences. Broth does mirror some competitors in one aspect and unfortunately it is by charging extra if you want your broth spicy.

    the broth was perfect, and so flavorful. the customer service is so nice as well and they brought it out to my table and they were so kind.

    What a tasty and fun experience! Very tasty pho and Thai iced tea. Plus they graciously accommodated a bunch of annoying dietary requests we had.

    A wonderful new asset for downtown Rochester.

    Amazing! Tried the veggie, chicken, and brisket & steak pho. All were so fresh and delicious! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Thank you BROTH.
