“Great place if you're looking for Caribbean food but its take out only, I didn't mind though. When I walked inside a friendly couple who owns the place welcomed me. The place was very clean and gave off warm Caribbean vibe with the music playing in the background. I don't eat any meat so I asked what other options there were. I was recommended to try the Red Snapper dinner. The portion size was big and I was very pleased with the quality of the food. They gave me so much food I couldn't even finish it all. I will definitely be going back there again.”

“Loved the Different Animal IPA and I’m generally not the biggest fan of pizza but I enjoyed the Betty White as well. I’m not sure how often they have live music but that was lively. I must say the seating at the bar is a little tricky though: no form of entertainment if you’re facing the back wall. Will visit again but I now know where not to sit lol.”

“Enjoyed the oxtail dinner, esp since I was rather skeptical initially with ordering any food delivery due to many unpleasant experiences lately with various restaurants in area being late, cold food, missing items, etc. This happened to be my first time having the food. I would give 5 stars had there been MORE than a "handful" of ox tails. Plenty rice, though. Lol. Sweet potatoes/cabbage was excellent as well. The very nice driver was phomemanal! For some strange reason my address did NOT appear on my order and he managed to resolve this being solution focused + very friendly without an attitude expressing how he kinda went over the hill and though the woods, yet determined. The food was delivered on time and still very warm. I will def order from them again, so yes I reccomend this establishment.”

“GREAT TIME!! Visited Sager after the 2023 St Patricks parade. Had an EXCELLENT live band (Gypsy Moon) and a great vibe to hang out in. The food was really good for such a small kitchen. We tried several things (see pictures) and were impressed by all. The beer selection was quite vast and had something for everyone. Our group was very impressed and will definitely be back. “As a Dominican American, I am always excited when a new Latin restaurant opens up in Rochester. The giant flags outside drew my attention and once I walked in the door it reminded me of many other Dominican/Puerto Rican restaurants I’ve visited throughout the northeast. I immediately felt welcomed by the staff who were very attentive and willing to explain anything that was on the menu or the hot foods available to serve. Seeing as the name of the place is called “Pineapple Express” I had to try their pineapple bowl which was made fresh to order. I also ordered a chicken empanada to try, which I had to wait for as they were frying them at the time. The food ended up being wonderfully delicious, full of flavor, and the portions were perfect (I was full for hours and had leftovers). I added pics for you to see of both! If you want to try authentic foods from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷, say no more. I will definitely come back again to try out their other items and can’t wait to see how this place grows in this busy area.”

“We were seriously impressed by this place! We got crab cakes Benedict, cinnamon roll pancakes (pictured) and the table-side French press coffee. For starters, the place is clean and organized and the service was pleasant, our waitress was very personable. It was a little slow to get our food but that is reasonable given the size of the kitchen and how busy it was-it definitely didn't detract from our experience and I'm always glad to see local places so busy. The coffee was amazing, it was so fresh and vibrant and the perfect foil to a rich breakfast. I love the fact that you can order a full French press and take any leftovers to go, we thought it was very fairly priced for how much great coffee you get. My boyfriend was very impressed by his crab cake Benedict, he cleared his plate. He said the eggs were perfectly poached and the crab cakes done well. My cinnamon roll pancakes were delightful and the portion size very generous-I took more than half home. I also got a side of bacon and it was clear that they get high quality bacon (low fat, lots of meat), it's a small thing but it was a nice surprise and shows that they care about the quality of all their ingredients and don't cut corners. I don't think you can make a wrong choice ordering here. I have no negatives to say about our experience-we were impressed by all aspects of our brunch and plan to make it a regular stop in our weekend activities!”

That being said, with a 15min window from doors open to previews beginning, hardly any time to navigate the menu for food. Prices are fairly steep as it's for the experience more than the quality/quantity. Their food options are numerous & of decent taste - disappointed their menu has a brisket option. For dinner & a movie, this place settles the bill. Would gladly pay for a $20 ticket for a premium dinner experience rather than being served pub food. Drinks are fairly creative & tasty - wish they still had Maple Milk! Encourage any big party to rent the space/services for team outings & gatherings. Will definitely be back for dramas & romance; save your money for heavily CGI action/adventure movies at larger venues 🤙🏻”

Honestly for the price you pay you get a very nice portion and it was tasty. We had the Curry Chicken and the Pepper Steak and both were on point. I'll definitely be back!
