Castaways On The Lake

The first time I was here in 2018 the food was good but this time it wasn't that great. I got the fried shrimp and while it was edible it wasn't up to my expectations for the price. The bathrooms were also dirty and the place doesn't seem all that well maintained. The service was good both times. The view is really the biggest redeeming factor here. Idk if I'd go back.

Excellent service, delicious food. The Boston platter is fantastic. Alfresco dining on the deck. Most is under cover protecting you from the elements. Beautiful view of
Lake Ontario.

I go there every year for my birthday love the view and the seafood! Everything is made fresh so I don’t mind waiting because the view is stellar! Shore platter with snow crab legs and salt potatoes or the coconut crusted grouper are my two favorites! This is a great place to dine if you love the view and understand it’s not fast food everything is made fresh!

Got married here in December 1995. It was fantastic. Best night ever! Food was super delicious, we had Lemon Chicken and Tri-Colored Tortellini for dinner. Everyone loved this place. Thank You Shane for a night full of great delicious memories! Been back 2 times since (we live in California) and it is still great. Always a happy experience.
