“I can't truly rate this place on their food because I only a bagel today...but I'll say this.. seems to be a quiet, all about business place. I say that because when. I walked in a few workers were restocking so the energy was just work work work. There was "Hellos" or "Hi's" or small talk when customers came in. But for the place itself, they sell sandwiches, bagels, sweets, pastries, coffee, and more. There are seats and tables inside and a few outside. They have a bathroom. Free parking lot. There is a sign near the register that reads Paying with cash gets you their "discounted" prices but paying with credit and debit card expect a 3.25% fee. (..sounds like some gas stations right) There's a couple of community newspapers available between the sets of doors.”

“It was just okay, portions weren’t huge by any means but it was tasty. Strange setup - asked to come back inside after waiting for five minutes outside, stood around for a few minutes, went back outside and then came in again. Wasn’t waiting for much as all he had to do was shave some shwarma and throw it in a pita. The pitas are the best part - freshly made on site in front of you. It was tasty but I just really dislike when there is room inside the pita left - fill it up with stuff man! Also, no fries inside or a few on the side. I may be back!”

“This is a great place! It's a reasonably priced restaurant bar in Hewlett. We've only been twice but will definitely be back. The first time we went was for my daughter's 19th birthday and last night for an impromptu date night with my husband. The place was packed because the food is excellent! They sometimes have really quirky appetizer specials that are very tasty. The chicken meatballs are to die for as is the chicken cutlet parmesan which is huge, thick and tender. The baked clams appetizer are whole and the oreganata sauce is very good, not at all salty. I loved the orecchiette with broccoli rabe and sausage. I really enjoy this place. Two thumbs up!????????”

“The food that I had was amazing!!!!! The cookie with the Oreo in it delicious!!! The pancakes with fresh strawberries delicious!!!! The burger was unbelievably good!!!! The restaurant was really clean, and welcoming. I will definitely be back twice a week. The only thing I am not too happy about are the prices... The food is great, but I don’t like the idea of spending $18.41 for a burger by itself. Definitely recommend checking it out!”

“The menu says "Where things are the way they used to be" and they're not kidding... this place is like a blast from the past, and I mean that in the very best way. Nothing fancy, just a great kosher deli, which Long Island used to have so many of, and is now hard to find. The minute we sat down, a bowl of pickles and cole slaw appeared on the table, and the server was warm and friendly ... the pastrami sandwich was delicious; the meat was tender and lean and so flavorful, and the portions are so generous that there was plenty for lunch and enough to have dinner as well. This place is a gem!”
