“Went to dinner with friends to celebrate our "Friendsmas" gift exchange. The food was delicious and all my friends raved about their margaritas. We tried the classic margarita and the coconut margaritas on the rocks and they were so good! Dim lit room made for a nice ambiance and waiter was really nice. Quickly becoming a favorite local spot! “It's my first time at this long action although I know it's been open for over a year. Clean, very modern. I came in for a healthy dinner got the chorizo with chicken and it was outstanding. For anyone who likes a little kick in their food should without a doubt try it. All the healthy options were there which was awesome. I don't like the taste of green peppers and I had asked if possible to get some of the grilled onions picked out and I believe the young lady was the manager and she instructed as well as made so accommodating for me I was extremely grateful and thankful. She went as far as even getting me minced raw red onion. Staff like this will make any business strive very well. Hope her style runs off on future managers under her. Thank you again.”

“Most think a Wendy's is a Wendy's, and so on for the other fast food chains out there. But not all locations within the same brand chain are created equal. It comes down to the staff and the company procedure. I find Wendy's locations to be more consistent regarding their quality. One of the major factors in this rating is how their bacon is done. Wendy's does a great job of keeping their bacon crispy, never soggy or fatty, and always gives you nice, solid pieces and the correct amount of strips. I've seen other chains skimp on this often, and seen another location from that same chain do an excellent job. But Wendy's, they just seem to have a procedure down that makes their lettuce, buns, and bacon, almost always fresh and crispy. And this location was no different! So thanks to the staff for their fast and friendly service, and thank you Wendy's for creating a way of doing things that makes every location I've been to a great experience.”

A miscommunication on my part, I apologize Randy. My overall experience with this TGI Friday’s has been a few that have undoubtedly been exceptional! The waiters there are always so friendly and accommodating, the food is good, and the drinks are wonderful! I had given this Friday’s a low rating after the Experience that was unexpectedly thrown my way on Sunday… But I’m changing it significantly to the other side of the spectrum due to Randy, the general manager of the store, making a personal phone call directly to me to understand all the details of my side of the story and the event that occurred that night. With deepest apologies and an “I promise to personally get down to the bottom of the matter with the employee involved!”...He had put my mind at ease. I gave this restaurant a five star rating for excellent customer service and retention, great food, wonderful drinks, and a fun happy atmosphere to be in! “Been to this place prior and it is always good. They are friendly and work so hard to mix your ice cream and topping on that "cold stone". Few tables but eventually, you will get a seat. Parking is ample since it is located in a shopping center. Lines can be long at time because they spend time creating your dish but it moves pretty quick.”
