I enjoyed it. The food was fresh. Service was good.
This has taken over as my favorite spot on the East end of Long Beach. The tuna skewers are one of my favorite meals to have at any restaurant ever. they have an unbelievable teriyaki sauce and are served with a coleslaw that is delicious and I don't even like coleslaw. They have a good special Pizza (it's like a sausage and pepper pizza with red sauce, it was incredible), really all of the food is good there, including the awesome brussel sprouts. Fantastic drinks and very good bartending and service. Would highly recommend as a dinner spot or even pre-gaming before going to the West end.
Classic Freshness ! All their seafood comes from the nearby ocean.
They marinate the shrimp in an itlaian sauce, and then they slow roast it, with Keplers peppers, momma machi's sauce, and little alfred's chicken marsala.
The chicken they serve is tender, fall off the bones, slow roasted. And full of hearty meat.
The milk this place serves is smooth, and it's from Connecticut, from a small but reputable farm.
It's a nice clean restaurant, and it wasn't too crowded when I ate. My server was very polite and the food came out quick, so points for that. I ended up getting the short rib sliders and the asparagus. Both were very good (especially the asparagus; really fresh and crisp), though next time I'd pass on the sweet potato fries. My batch was a bit undersalted and could've had a bit more potato in them. The food was fairly pricey in general. Despite that, it's a pretty great place, and I recommend you try them out.
Great service and food for a busy sunday
