Roc & Olive

The physical building has housed a number of restaurants and when this one opened, we sort of ignored it. Mistake - this was far better than most of it's predecessors. The atmosphere is welcoming. People have smiles on their faces, the bar tenders pour with a free hand and the food is very good. Loved the Brussels Sprouts. The sauces on everything we had were different and all good. The prices were just fine given the quality of the meal. We will be back.

Third time eating here never a let down, the salmon was amazing!! And the Manhattan was made just right.

We had an incredible experience! Checked this place out for restaurant week but ended up off the limited menu, the fried chicken and jalapeno cornbread special was calling my name, and totally delivered. Drinks were delicious and the pretzel appetizer totally hit the spot. As long as you're in the mood for something a little more upscale, Roc & Olive did not disappoint!

As a new resident of Long Beach, NY. I went to Roc & Olive for the first time on Thanksgiving Day for Thanksgiving dinner and my first impressions of the restaurant were great, I loved the decor and the atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful even considering they were working on Thanksgiving day instead of being home with their families. I ordered the Thanksgiving dinner that included a generous serving of turkey and all the side dishes you would expect and the food was great. My Guests and I all agreed about the great food, the beautiful atmosphere and the friendly staff. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal in a beautiful place!
