Clean eatery, staff is polite and helpful. The food is fresh, hot and delicious ????????????
I like the food. The people are nice. If I have to go to a fast food place it would be to Boston Market. I really enjoy the pot pie, the sweet potato are my favorites. I'm a Mac & cheese person and I don't love their Mac but the kids do. The main problem I have with this restaurant is during the holidays, which I get it the holidays are a crazy time but they don't have a clue. This is the 3rd year I have put in an order in advance and have had major issues. I waited an extra 2 hours for my order of course once they found the order form which was in a sticky paper on the wall. ???? They were running around like chickens without a head. No organization. It was like it was the first time they met each other. As the order was put together and they would tell me they were done I had to tell them the things that were missing and still after they would leave something out again. ????The year before was a similar experience. It's just not worth ordering over the holidays, but I will still come for lunch.
Restaurant is clean, staff is friendly. I've always liked BM food, and I especially like the sustainability of the real dishes & silverware (as opposed to the disposable options of most fast food places). Unfortunately, it is not as budget-friendly as most of the others, but a coupon removed that particular obstacle and I was only too happy to return. The food is fresh and tasty, along with the friendly atmosphere makes for a fine dining experience in the truest sense.
