Positano Ristorante Pizza

This place has been open for a while and has been a steady and dependable option for getting a good slice of NY pizza. There are regular slices, Sicilian slices and there are some great sandwiches and specialty slices as well. While there are other options in the area, it is a solid choice to get a bite to eat and shouldn't disappoint. Is worth visiting should it be in your path and even just to get some good Italian food

Positano is our go to Italian restaurant. They never disappoint. The service and staff are excellent!!

I have mixed reviews for this place. I went Saturday with my scorching hot date, and even though we had 7:30 reservations, we were not seated until 8:10. That’s fine it’s busy, I get it. But while reading a menu and standing on line, a “regular customer l” came by and snatched it out of my hands ‘in good fun’ he seemed inebriated though he hadn’t been seated yet either. He was always rude to the wait staff. Unacceptable.

The atmosphere was nice, place is a touch too small, but the food was good, only complaint is that my penne and broccoli with garlic and oil was drowning in oil. Bread was good, and that’s major brownie points for me. Would definitely give them another chance, but I be wary!

I have been going here for years. From the minute you walk in you feel a friendly atmosphere. This is my favorite Italian Restaurant Tony the owner is sweet. Carlos , Julian and Maria are awesome. I don’t know everyone’s name but the entire staff is great. If you want the best authentic Italian food this place is a MUST!!!!!
