Cloud Asian Restaurant

CLOUD ASIAN is tucked in with the other stores - left side of W Village Green strip in Hicksville. Right off Newbridge Rd at corner of Flamingo. Charlie is a fine cook -- and takes the time to understand how you like your order from the menu. Tasty and nicely prepared dishes.

I am disappointed and confused that the coupon they gave me after not preparing my order at all until I arrived already-late for the time I was told and now had to wait 10 minutes for, is LESS than their general, public coupon that I now see is available to everyone on their website.

However, Cloud Asian satisfies my #1 priority with takeout food: the food tastes GREAT and is well-prepared! I also appreciate that I not only see masks on all the employees, but also a plexiglass screen in front of the register protecting employees and customers. I got the Happy Family last night and not only were there plenty of HUGE chunks of various veggies, but also tons of big chunks of meat and seafood. No thick, gross sauce, but instead a nice, clean, flavorful light brown sauce that made me want to inhale everything, but unfortunately I got too full.
The hot and sour soup was super satisfying as well, plenty leftover to enjoy again!
I admit I've had some issues with timing and online-ordering, but this place is newly opened and I see a main guy (the owner? he's very polite) and employees hard at work when I pick-up, so I think they're just understandably busy. These are small complaints in light of this delicious food! I am making Cloud Asian a new regular spot for myself (esp for asian takeout food), especially with the convenient location (extra parking in the back lot). Prices are very reasonable as well, especially for the plentiful, high-quality, healthy-for-takeout food.

I just visited cloud Chinese restaurant and the food was excellent. The workers were very friendly and nice. They also make the food the way you like it.. Just ask. They make special dishes not on the menu. I would highly recommend to all!!!!
