    I started ordering Prepared Meals after having my 3rd child and just couldn’t lose those last 10 lbs. I tried so many diets and exercise plans before finally having success with prepared meals LI. The meals were delivered on time, so delicious and so easy. As a working mom of 3 kids, I finally reached my goal weight and kept the weight off with the help of Rachel’s meal plans.

    The flavor and seasonings used are great . Love waking up to a delivery at my door and Rachel the owner is very knowledgeable with nutrition the Beef Ragu is the best

    I’ve been getting meals through Prepared Meal LI for over a year and have not been disappointed! Love that there is a storefront now! The food is delicious and everyone is always so helpful. Definitely a go to for my family and me!
