(January 11, 2019, 12:20 am)I enjoy the food at Frank's BUT it is extremely unprofessional to hang up on a customer 5 times in less than an hour when they are trying to order a delivery. Everytime we as a family called we were hung up on. (This was around 12noon.)
Two days later at about 6pm I had no problem ordering a pie for pick up.
I would assume they'd be a little more patient when serving repeat customers EXPECIALLY during most restaurants low part of the day. It still puzzles me how they had more time on a Friday around dinner time other than a weekday around lunch time.
I refuse to go back. -

(September 22, 2018, 9:22 pm)Great food. Make sure when you go into the restaurant to sit down that franks wife is nowhere around she will be annoying and talkative all night. Delivery is the better option. Very clean kitchen. Very good sauce.
