Master Chef Chinese Restaurant 大厨中國餐廳

Most elegant Chinese restaurant that I am aware of on Long Island. Service is excellent. This was the second time we went. Another time we tried and the place was mobbed. Had seafood soup for 2. Very good but pricey. We had Duck, maybe it was with some kind of scallion. Very tasty - if we had not known what was ordered, we would have thought it was beef.

Fancy Chinese restaurant. Presentation, ambience & staff are top shelf. Food is great. A bit costly but worth the show.

Most amazing Chinese I've ever had!!! Impeccable and helpful service. Beautiful decor and bathrooms you just say WOW to. Will go back as often as possible. Cant imagine ordering chinese food ever again. Highly recommend!!!!

First time patron who will be returning. From the moment you pull up to the moment you leave, they treat you like a king. The ambiance in the center lobby and dining area is exquisite and the wait staff stand on the side ready for your call. The food is delicious and service is fast. I asked the waiter where I can wash my hands and he quickly ran to get us all steaming hot towels so we wouldn't have to get up ????. Really well done, not a single compliant.

Finally noticed the place was open for business after driving by it this past Monday. Went to try it today with family. Got there before 5pm, so no valet parking and very quiet.
Greeted by friendly service and seated immediately. We liked the way they decorated inside.
Ordered appetizers and drinks.
Scallion pancakes were not greasy as we've had at other places. Crab Rangoon were good. Could have been more to the portion, but were light and not overly greasy.
Shredded pork in garlic sauce had some good heat. Chrysanthemum tofu soup was interesting, and good.
Only issue we experienced was advising of mushroom allergy yet still got mushrooms in a dish. They took it back, but still found a few small ones when it came back. They took it off of the bill, though.
Will still give them another try, though.
