    Modern Improvement is a unique and rewarding work out. I leave every class invigorated. It’s an amazing way to let go of stress and realize your best self. All of the teachers are amazing and the amenities are incomparable. Highly recommend.

    The staff is wonderful and friendly. The instructors are helpful. There’s no pressure for inexperienced students. The facility is clean and smells nice.

    My family and I have immensely enjoyed the hot yoga classes here. The staff is extremely professional and provide modifications or adjustments as needed.

    Not the traditional yoga class but it’ll get you to the yoga body twice as fast. Melissa Livers noon class undoes all the sitting I do all week. She is so upbeat and makes you push through til the last minute.

    Modern Improvement Club is very welcoming to new comers and a real challenge for seasoned yogis who are looking to build strength and agility in their practice. The music keeps me flowing and the facilities are immaculate. Overall, an excellent workout and great way to start your day.
