“Dined here with two other couples on Valentine's day. Had to wait in a queue of cars for about 10 minutes because they only had one parking attendant. Once inside we were seated promptly. Room was a bit noisy. I ordered a tuna appetizer that was supposed to have raw tuna prepared two ways. But I couldn't tell the two small tuna portions apart. For my entree I ordered halibut, which was very good. Service was good, but we had to request grated cheese for a pasta dish.”

“It was quiet as it was late (8:30pm) for dinner on a Wednesday. One of our party spotted something interesting on another table that was not on the menu. We were brought copies of what we were told is their special menu. Most of it was in Chinese. They graciously answered our questions, then accommodated our special order (from the regular menu, but one of us had jus had dental work & required accommodations, which were made). Clean place, friendly, professional staff, delicious food, good prices.”

“I have been to multiple Tropical Smoothies on Long Island, and I've never had an experience quite like this one. I went into the Syosset location last week, and had the pleasure of being served by a staff member named Johnny. I would assume he is one of the managers, because he was in a black polo shirt. He was so knowledgeable about the food and smoothies, very friendly and professional. I always get the same thing, every time I go to Tropical Smoothie (Sunrise Sunset) and at this particular visit I wanted to switch it up. Johnny saw I was undecided, and recommenced the Detox Island Green, and I loved it!”
