    Best MealPal spot in Midtown

    If you can score a meal from Roast Kitchen, it will be your best MealPal meal in the area. Their normal prices with a protein (steak, Roast pork, Chicken, Chorizo, etc ) ranges from around $13-$15 dollars.

    The staff at this location is friendly and food is prepared well. I’ve always enjoyed my meals from here. If you like roast pork, this place is close to “authentic Chinese roast pork” as you can get in the area. Their Gaucho Salad with Chipotle chicken is very good and filling - especially for a “Salad”.

    The Moroccan bowl with Sirloin steak is very tasty. You can choose your sides of veggies and grain.

    During the busy weekday lunch hours, it can get pretty busy. Get there early to minimize your wait.

    The Greek salad is delicious. The organic farro mixed into the salad makes for a hearty yet healthy meal. Quick delivery also.
