A typical fake diner type restaurant in the land of real diners. Typical no big deal here. If you want a diner experience you can easily hunt for an actual authentic 1. Food is not bad but nothing to write home about either. They have a foot long hot dog for $20. But it just doesn't seem worth the money.
Real American diner with amazing atmosphere and cool decorations inside!)) staff is very friendly! But food is okay. It’s not the best American kitchen I’ve tried to. However, portions are huge and the price is not so expensive. It's a common price for NYC. So, probably you should go there just for a great experience and that filings like you’re at the movie shooting set) pay attention under the windows. There are a lot of famous names)))
What a fun place! We went to the one right in the heart of the theater district. It was full to the brim but somehow still felt cozy. Not sure how that is possible. Our server made us feel like we were the only patrons who mattered. The food was scrumptious and plentiful, coffee exactly perfect. Windows everywhere let you see the world go by while you can have a leisurely meal. You can find almost anything you want to eat there. Can't find it? Ask, they will likely accommodate you.
Cool local restaurant. We like to try local places, rather than chains when visiting any city. This is a great choice. The chicken pot pie is huge and delicious. The atmosphere is old time diner. It is crowded and the tables ate close, but we had a great conversation with the people at the next table.
