Scarr's Pizza

HOLY SH*T! I’ve been to many MANY pizza joints across NYC and I’m a big pizza fanatic so I’ve tried my fair share of slices and Scarr’s is absolutely in my top 2. I had a regular and a mushroom and the combination of the cheese to sauce and topping was on point. I hear there’s a vegan slice too and a passerby mentioned how delicious it was. Definitely coming back here and bringing all my friends.

A #pizzeria launched out of 1980s NYC and I to the present day. But this one has a bar in the back! I have nothing but good things to say about Scarr's: the slices are excellent, the music is on point, the rotating artwork is great, and the drink selection is pitch perfect. My hope is that Scarr's multiplies rapidly so its available city wide!

This is by far one of the best pizza joints in the city. I love every slice. All super fresh ingredients. Crispy and delicious. Grab yourself a drink too with their full liquor license. I wish I could go here everyday. 100 Star rating if I could.

There's always a wait here, for good reasons. All the ingredients here organic, but they didn't bother to get it certified so they can keep the prices low. The guys working there are amazing, super friendly and very passionate about making pizza. I would get the personal pie, it's a long wait, 35 minutes, but so so worth it.

2 years later, Scarr's is still the absolute best pizza place in the city. If youre a hardcore foodie you may find one or two places that win out in a given portion of your slice, be it the cheese, sauce, etc. but you will not find anywhere that puts it all together overall like these guys. I will continue to take my friends, family, and coworkers here whenever they want pizza. They cannot deserve more praise.
