Been coming here for since it first opened when it was just a tiny window for take out crepes. So glad to have the added tacos which are delicious and great value! No-nonsense, cheap and delicious tacos. Nothing fancy but hits the spot every time. Open late until 2am on the weekend.
This is the best taqueria in the lower east side. Everything on the menu is delicious. Of course, my favorite taco is the spicy pork (chorizo). One of my other favorite taco is the spicy shrimp. Ive had the tamales and they were really good too.
It is a small taco shop but you can sit and eat here too. I always eat my tacos here because they are way to good to make it out the door. And the best way to enjoy a good taco is by eating it as soon as it is made.
Both front of house and back of house have fantastic service. I've had tacos at other places in the lower east side but this is the best one hands down. I definitely recommend this taqueria all the time.
You can also have dessert, they make really good crepes as well. Kind of wish they had pozole that would be an amazing addition to the menu, but they are open late and that makes up for it.
I LOVE THIS PLACE. shrimp tacos which are out of this world. I am so happy that they are open late, because very few good places are in this neighborhood.
The food was made fresh while I waited. I had spicy shrimp tacos, lamb tacos, and guacomole. Everything was delicious and very tasty. I like that they will customize meals to your liking. This place has smores crepes and I will try that when I return. The place is really tiny but it has a couple of tables and stools to dine in. I got my order to go. Try it! You will not be dissapointed!
I’ve eaten here about three times. My favorite thing is the spicy shrimp taco. The people are very nice and service is fast. They offer two kinds of sauces, medium and spicy, that taste very fresh. I also like that they give you some sliced radishes and a slice of lime with your taco. The place is clean. There are seats and they usually have the television showing a documentary that will enrich your imagination. I like that the owner appears to actually be Mexican. Sorry I haven’t tried the crepes.
