The best restaurant in Manhattan! I keep coming back for more..some of the best food you’ll ever have...and the most interesting waiters ever: today it was Eddy..a wonderful person with the best stories..last time it was Ricky...another wonderful person!

Come here for the experience....which will be as satisfying as everything you’ll eat. Cocktails were perfectly made and were enjoyed with the fresh bread, salumi, and pickled vegetables. The rigatoni was how I always imagined it should be, unforgettable. It’s a simple dish that everyone habitually messes up, but not here.

The food at Carbone deserves 5 stars but the service is not the greatest. It might have been just our waiter who was having a bad day. The place is nice and cozy, and the food is delicious! My favorite was the Bronzino... It was out of this world amazing!!!!! Carbone is by far my favorite Italian place, and I would definitely go back again despite the fact that it is pretty pricey.

Carbone is everything you’be heard and more. The menu is timeless, the staff is super friendly, the drinks and wine menu are nothing short of incredible, and the overall experience is a true pleasure. The meatballs are a must. The steaks are fantastic. The baked clams are some of the best I’ve ever had. Enjoy!

Wow, this restaurant really surprised me. I entered the place as a skeptic, but walked out totally sold. The food is great, but what really sets them apart is the service. They treated us as VIP for my wife's birthday in a big way even though there were real VIPs in the building. The whole staff is knowledgeable and really down to earth. It's hard to find a fine dining Manhattan restaurant that has both of those characteristics. The wine & cocktail lists were superb. Shariff was so awesome with the wines. I can't say enough. We will definitely be returning.
