    Friendly great people overall. Not a fan of one of the nite guys who seemed really nervous working in Harlem at nite. He wears a big gold ring all the time. Not sure what his problem is but still 5 stars because this location is great.

    Staff always very helpful and efficient
    Coffee at 6am and power sandwich means Dunk in Donuts awakens New York every morning

    The usual. coffee, donuts, etc.
    Need to polish the take out servings especially when you regularly buy donuts by dozens, many boxes of joe.
    Need more delicate touch when packing to go.

    Very pleasant people. They know the regular customers order when u hit the door. Good customer service.

    This store was recently renovated and now its a nice clean open store. They also have a baskin & robbins ice section inside this store. So what can i say donuts or ice cream how could you go wrong plus the store is open 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. So if you need to get a sugar fix this is the store for u.
