Ate at EMP the night before I ate at Nishi last time I was in town -- while I'm not sure they're comparable, I can say I enjoyed my experience and the food at Nishi more -- food was certainly more flavorful and quite a bit less expensive. Good service, solid food, a completely worthwhile experience.
Another hallway-style restaurant in the Momofuku chain. This one is Italian unless, like me, you are having brunch. Impossible Burger is pretty good but the fries were too salty.
Achievement unlocked! The food was amazing! The atmosphere was cozy. And I can't wait to go back!
Really really nice place but it's also incredibly busy. You seriously have to plan ahead to eat here. In any case, it's totally worth it.
The restaurant is a bit on the expensive side but the food is great. The place is also very cozy even though maybe the tables are a little too close one to another. Not that we paid too much attention to that considering that we were very distracted by our orders...
Spur of the moment dinner, luckily at one of the best restaurants in Chelsea. We weren't able to get a table but got seats at the bar. No matter, service and decor were great there too. The wait staff were very familiar with the menu and the cooking method. The food was super tasty and cooked just right. We had the Red Endive salad, Pork Pasta, and Duck Breast.
