    Think of this unassuming block tucked deep into Harlem as a culinary bud waiting to bloom and Uptown Slices as the petals of pizza. Perhaps, but walking into the clean warmth of this unassuming pizza joint is to be welcomed by a friendly staff, a knowledgeable chef, and a quiet, yet steady stream of customers who know where to get the good pizza in Harlem: a real New York slice of thin, crisp crust, savory cheese and herbaceous sauce served hot. The space and seating are typical amenities for pizza joints and quaint for their age, but it's the pizza that exceeds expectations and has guaranteed at least a few more visits from this particular customer--who himself knows where the good pizza is in Harlem.

    Some of the best pizza in NYC and THE best for it's price. Plus the slices are huge! And I grew up in Brooklyn, so I am a pizza snob! Oh..and they know how to reheat the perfect crispy slice! Nice staff, too.
