The actual ice cream product at coldstone is always fantastic and I don't mind paying a premium for it, but the experience at this location was just not ideal.

Love their ice cream! Ice cream sandwich was a little too sweet for my taste but overall great place to enjoy their ice cream selection.

Great ice cream. I wish they had better sugarless selection (currently only one flavor- vanilla). Not a great customer service- if I could serve myself I would. Also, understaffed during night hours. Friday night is pretty busy and saw just 2 people working.

I love cold stone and think they have the best icecream. I also love that they originated in my home state of Arizona. This one was pretty tight squeeze for people to fit with no sitting room. But that's kind of to be expected based on their location. Ice cream was as good as ever.

Just want to let you that this is in the center and heart of Manhattan. There’s going to be a long line no matter what time of the day. But, hear me out! It’s worth the wait, the ice cream is fantastic especially when it’s super hot. You can add in toppings and it’s not that expensive compared to other places around there. I paid less than $15 for mine and it was a pretty decent size.

Good to pass by when you’re craving something sweet but don’t go when you’re in a rush to go somewhere else, it gets packed !!
