High Street on Hudson

Ran into this restaurant on a Saturday night with 2 friends. They quickly accommodated us to a comfortable table. The menu was simple and had every option possible for a well rounded American dinner. The food was fresh, flavorful and yet simple. I ordered the chicken and it was so moist and perfectly crispy on the outside. I can’t wait to recommend this restaurant and come back in the future.

Our visit on April 13, 2018 was a five star visit! Great waiter, excellent cocktails and superb food and detail. Our visit on January 12, 2019, was a two start visit. Waitress couldn't make one cocktail due to lack of ingredients. (Take it off the menu or tell us about it when you hand us menus) food was ok, nothing great. Mushroom pasta was cooked well but lacked flavor and the mushrooms were too big for the dish. (I know that sounds pick but it ruined the dish) fried chicken was weird. Overly crispy skin and underwhelming temperature in the center. We'll definitely be back but maybe not until spring.

Had an excellent breakfast/brunch here. They were busy but service was quick. The food was delicious and unique and the coffee was good.

Very nice and cozy place. The stuff is friendly and the food is always delicious! My favorite is baked eggs, which are baked on a cast iron skillet in a yogurt source with some African spices and an avocado toast.

Excellent little spot for a meal. Quality food, excellent service. Food is picturesque and delicious. Great way to start the day. I look forward to coming back.
